The Christian Guild proudly presents its 52nd Annual Cotillion — a historic celebration of 80 years of service, sisterhood, and scholarship in the Chicagoland community. This year’s Cotillion marks the debut of Guild Girls, a bold two-year pilot program rooted in spiritual growth, leadership, education, and cultural pride. Have you been called to serve in "The Guild?" Girls need your mentorship! The women who served in The Christian Guild were dedicated to fostering Godly excellence in youth for many decades. After 75 years of ministry, the women are now in their 70s, 80s, 90s and many are with the Lord. It's amazing how despite full-time careers, families, and serving at church they still made time for "The Guild" - awarding over $250,000 in scholarship bonds and distributing over 7,000 Bibles to inmates. Today, we salute ALL of these women, and give special recognition to two past Presidents, my Mom and Mildred Grant. The Guild has been redesigned and is now part of our D2F Formation. On Wednesday, February 19th, the Christian Guild officially launched under the Demoiselle 2 Femme Formation. In 2020, the Guild will celebrate 75 years and we are excited to have worked with them over the past 18 months through our D2F Incubation House to redesign, rebrand and relaunch. Congratulations to our first Executive Director, Linda Papillon! We also honor the commitment of former Guild members and past presidents, and give special recognition to Pastor Mildred L.
